100 tons full slewing girder crane


The 100-ton full-slewing girder crane is applied to the construction of "Hanjiang Bay Bridge" of Jianghan No.7 Bridge. The equipment has the dual attributes of climbing and full-slewing hoisting operation. Full-slewing means that it can carry out hoisting operation in all directions at 360 degrees within 35 meters from it. Climbing means that it can flexibly walk on the 30 slope of the arch bridge. Q690C high-strength steel welding technology is adopted to make full use of high performance material characteristics, effectively reduce the weight of the whole machine, while reducing the installation of bridge load.

WDHZ220 mast crane


WDHZ220 mast crane is a customized crane designed, manufactured and installed by Wuhan Wuqiao Pengchuang Heavy Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. for the world's first arch project of Tiane Longtan Super Bridge of Guangxi Road and Bridge Group. The main function of the crane is to lift large arch rib segments through main and auxiliary hooks to turn over, rotate and ship with large height difference.

KTY5000 type drilling rig


The KTY5000 drilling rig is specially developed by Wuqiao Heavy Industry for the construction of large-diameter foundation bored piles of Fujian Pingtan Strait Road-rail Dual-use Bridge undertaken by China Railway Bridge Bureau. The drilling rig can drill under optional hole diameter in bedrock with average uniaxial compressive strength σc ≤ 120MPa. The drilling diameter can reach 5.0m and the drilling depth can reach 180m. The power system adopts modular and integrated design. The operating system adopts a human-machine interface with good visualization, interaction and better operation habits, and has remote monitoring and data management functions. The power head adopts a toothed composite sealing ring and uses a new ceramic plating process to improve the sealing effect, the service life is prolonged; the drilling frame adopts a closed frame box girder structure, which is light in weight and improves the bearing capacity and stability of the drilling frame structure; the drilling rig chassis construction platform implements a full coverage design, which greatly improves the construction safety.
