Summary Introduction

The 2200-ton crane ship "Tiejian Bridge J1" is a special crane ship specially built by China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group for the fourth sea-crossing bridge in Aotai. The ship is mainly used for hoisting steel box girders and pier caps of offshore bridges. At present, it has been put into use at the Macao project site and has now completed 20% of the hoisting tasks of 72 segments of steel beams.

"Tiejian Bridge J1" 2200-ton crane ship is a special crane ship specially built by China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group for the fourth sea-crossing bridge in Aotai. The ship is mainly used for hoisting steel box girders and pier caps of offshore bridges. At present, it has been put into use at the Macao project site and has now completed 20% of the hoisting tasks of 72 segments of steel beams.
This crane is mainly composed of "L"-shaped boom, boom hinge seat, herringbone frame, main hook lifting mechanism, luffing mechanism, rigging hook lifting mechanism, stable cargo winch, electrical system and safety devices. The crane crane structure boom assembly has a small shape size, and can meet the requirements of lifting height and lifting weight with a smaller working radius in the limited low headroom area, and meet the requirements of lifting weight, lifting height and aviation limit for the steel girder erection of the Australian Taipa four bridge.
